In particular, Steve Weafer, our resident manager, has brought to our attention the extraordinary efforts of Steve Savva of your firm in connection with this project. Mr. Weafer has also mentioned to us the very good work done by Steve’s assistant on the project, Robert LeBron., and earlier the work of Oleg Krachak, the first mechanic on this project who, we understand, has sadly passed on. A quick note to thank you for preparing the bid on the Bauman project. I am particularly grateful that you were able to give it to us within a short time period we were allowed.

The completed proposal was submitted and we are awaiting word on the awarding of the contract. Your contribution to the final proposal helped us make a short list of contenders for the contract.
