Dear Phil,

On behalf of 20166 Tenants Corp., I would like to personally thank you, Dave London and the Fred Smith staff for your cooperation regarding the recent HVAC condensate drain cleaning and drain line replacement project in our building.

I also wanted to share with you my experience working with Vlad and his helper, Aris.
Vlad and Aris should be commended for their fine work. Each took it upon himself to ensure that their work was done to the highest standard. Moreover, it was clear to all of us that they took a personal interest in this project and ensured (to the extent possible) that our tenants were kept apprised of scheduling as well as keeping a sharp eye on cleanliness while working in the tenant’s apartments. In spite of sometimes difficult tasks at hand, they always maintained a good work ethic, pleasant disposition, professional attitude and a sense of humor.
I don’t often take time to write such a letter but felt you should know about the caliber of your men. Bravo.

To Whom It May Concern,
This is to inform you that the job George S. performed in my apartment at 77 7th Avenue (3T) was outstanding. He found the cause of my problem to be the diverter plug, it was removed and I have not had any trouble since.

To all the skilled contractors who worked on the LOBBY RENOVATION PROJECT, we thank you. In harmonious concert, our crews will bring this job in on time, within budget, and perfectly reflecting the design visions that were presented at the June, 2008 Annual Shareholder Meeting. The inconvenience was minimal, the housekeeping efforts were grand, and we now have a lobby to be proud of. It is newly functioning, up-to-day, retrofitted design – yet pays homage to the 1924 original plan with its glorious Gothic ceiling and striking marble floor. Most improtantly, it will better serve our needs, which is always the basic premise of truly fine design.
